The potential disruption from a closure would have meant a significant loss of trading.

As the offices are used over a 24 hour period, we faced some challenges, but the advantage was that we were able to work around the clock. This meant that we needed to perform our duties around the staff in the 24-hour call centre.
After two days of drying, the carpets were ready for the final part of the process. We were able to start the cleaning process. We cleaned the entire premises with our hot carbonation extraction method. We had a huge advantage as we were able to use our truck mounted system which is recognised as a platinum cleaning method by the Carpet and Rug Institute. It has THE best vacuum power.
We pre-sprayed the carpets and used our main cleaner, sanitised and deodorised. Their office carpets were looking brand new and the staff were settled back into their workstations. The conference room was ready to be used and the downstairs membership shop front was cleaned and open for business.
As a team, we were so proud of the results that we achieved and how happy our client was with the management of the whole job. We had our challenges but we were able to work through them and ensure that our client was not significantly inconvenienced.
